Effects of a Combined Antioxidant Nutrition and Facial Exercise Program on Skin Quality and Wrinkle Severity in Middle-Aged Women
This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effects of a 12-week combined antioxidant-rich nutrition and facial exercise program on skin quality and wrinkle severity in middle-aged women. Participants will be randomly assigned to an intervention group or a control group. The intervention group will follow a structured antioxidant-rich dietary program combined with facial exercises, while the control group will maintain their usual lifestyle. Skin quality and wrinkle-related outcomes will be assessed at baseline and after the 12-week intervention using standardized objective measurements

Female participants aged 45-50 years. Willing and able to participate in the 12-week intervention program. Willing to follow the assigned dietary and facial exercise program. Willing to maintain their usual skincare routine unless otherwise instructed by the study protocol. Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
Current smoking. Facial aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatment, chemical peels, or similar procedures within the predefined period before enrollment. Current dermatological disease or skin condition that may affect facial skin measurements. Uncontrolled chronic medical conditions that may influence skin health or participation in the intervention. Planned initiation of new skincare treatments, cosmetic products, or aesthetic procedures during the 12-week study period. Inability to perform the facial exercise program safely or comply with the dietary intervention and study procedures
