Inclusion Criteria:

• Age: 20 - 80 years old
• Gender: Male or female
• Status: Outpatients
• Elevated Serum Creatinine

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients suspected of malignant hypertension
• Patients with a clinically significant allergy
