Inclusion Criteria:

• Age: 20 - 80 years old
• Gender: Male or female
• Status: Outpatients
• severe hypertension

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients with a clinically significant allergy
• Patients who have received other investigational drug
• Alcoholic patients
