the aim from the study is goal directed fluid therapy in carniotomy operations guided by ppv versus cvp
it is a study to compare the effectiveness of goal directed fluid therapy (GDTF) in patients undergoing craniotomy when gudied by cvp group (25 cases) versus group ppv (25 cases) .the primary outcome is the amout of fluid given to the patient gudied by cvp compared to amount given gudied by ppv . secondaary outcome include: incidence of hypotesion ,vasopressor use, serum lacatate ,pulmonary complications , PONV ,length of hospital stay

CHRONIC CARDIC ARRHYTHMIA FLASE HIGH CVP ALTERED MYOCARDIAL FUNCTION PERIPHRAL VASCULAR DISEASE SEVER RESPRITORY DISEASE PEREGANACY PATIENT REFUSAL EXCESSIVE BLOOD LOSS OPERATIONS
