This study aimed to investigate the effect of mindfulness-based psychoeducation on mindfulness, automatic thoughts, and pain beliefs in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of mindfulness-based psychoeducation on mindfulness, automatic thoughts, and pain beliefs in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
