Detailed Description
This randomized controlled experimental study is designed to evaluate the effect of spiritual care counseling training given to nurses. Spiritual care is an important component of holistic nursing care. This study aims to evaluate changes in nurses' perceptions of spiritual care, competencies in spiritual care, spiritual well-being, and spiritual care practices.
The study will be conducted with nurses working in a state hospital in Rize, Turkey. Participants will be divided into two groups: an intervention group and a control group. Nurses in the intervention group will receive training in spiritual care counseling. Nurses in the control group will not receive any training during the study.
