vaping leads to alot of problems to the respiratrory system and to dertermine the effect accurately,CT and ultrasound chest together with BAL in fit patients will be done
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years
2. Acute respiratory symptoms (dyspnea, cough, chest discomfort, or hypoxemia.
3. Documented use of E-cigarettes or vaping products within 90 days.
4. Availability of CT chest imaging and chest ultrasound at presentation.
5. BAL performed during the initial diagnostic work-up.
Exclusion Criteria:
- 1-Confirmed alternative diagnoses such as cardiac failure, infectious pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, autoimmune disease, or drug-induced lung injury.
