Inclusion Criteria:

Tracheal intubation under general anesthesia
Young and middle-aged patients aged 18-65 years
BMI: 18.5-28kg /m2

Exclusion Criteria:

head and facial trauma, infection, disease
more than 2 kinds of coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, immune disease and other diseases before surgery
