- People who have attended at least 6 out of 8 sessions of the mindful program

People who have attended less than 6 sessions of the program.

Study Population

Participants will be recruited among people who have consulted a doctor in the Nutrition-Diabetes service for overweight/obesity (BMI 25-39.9 kg/m²) and who have followed a mindful eating program led by Béatrix Toto within the service. Each program has 12 participants (2 sessions per year).
