Systemically healthy patients (ASA I or II).
Patients with Mandibular molar teeth diagnosed with:

Allergy to Ibuprofen
Medically compromised patients having significant systemic disorders. (ASA III or IV).
History of intolerance to NSAIDS.
Patients with two or more adjacent teeth requiring endodontic treatment.
