Inclusion Criteria:

• Moderate to severe acne
• 20 inflammatory and 25 non-inflammatory acne lesions

Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing
• Known allergy to any component of the topical SB204 formulation
