Comparison of the Effectiveness of Suspension Exercises and Conventional Physiotherapy in Adults With Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial
This study compared the effectiveness of suspension exercises based on the Neurac method with conventional physiotherapy in adults with chronic non-specific low back pain. The study evaluated changes in pain intensity, health-related quality of life, and functional performance following a six-week intervention.
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Adults aged 25 to 60 years with chronic non-specific low back pain.
2. No history of previous spinal surgery.
3. No history of major lumbar trauma.
4. Pain intensity of ≥3/10 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
5. Ability to understand the instructions and complete the questionnaires.
6. No previous participation in a suspension exercise program
