Surgical Outcome Of da Vinci Single-port Surgical System In Lung Cancer
Surgical Outcome Of da Vinci Single-port Surgical System In Lung Cancer
Early-stage lung cancer represents a clinical challenge that, when diagnosed promptly, offers high chances of cure through lobectomy and lymphadenectomy. In addition to traditional surgery, robotic techniques have become established and have recently evolved further with the Single-Port system, which allows the procedure to be performed through a single subcostal incision rather than multiple openings between the ribs. This approach reduces invasiveness, postoperative pain, and recovery time, while maintaining the same oncological effectiveness and safety as standard techniques. This is a monocentric and non-profit collection of clinical data, both prospective and retrospective, from patients treated with this method, ensuring data privacy through coded information and compliance with current regulations; the study is independent and non-profit.
