The aim of the Study is to compare the analgesic efficacy and clinical outcomes of suprainguinal fascia iliaca block (SIFIB) alone versus SIFIB combined with sciatic nerve block (SNB) in patients undergoing hip surgery.

Primary Objectives:
Time for first rescue analgesia.

Age: 18 - 70 years old.
