This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Isometric Strengthening Exercises versus Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in the management of shoulder pain among individuals with diabetes mellitus.

Twenty-five participants will receive the Isometric Exercise in addition to the conventional physical therapy program
