Ages Eligible for Study: Child (0-17)
Sexes Eligible for Study: All
Accepts Healthy Volunteers?: No
Eligibility Criteria: Inclusion Criteria:

Male and female patients aged 2-10 years.

Patients undergoing open elective herniotomy.

Patients classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classes I and II.

Exclusion Criteria:

Patients with recurrent, bilateral, complicated, or obstructed hernias.

History of bleeding disorders.

Presence of congenital anomalies of the spine.

History of drug allergy.

Infection at the caudal injection site.
