This randomized controlled trial compares the efficacy of therapeutic ultrasound alone, neurodynamic techniques alone, and combined therapeutic ultrasound and neurodynamic techniques in patients with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.
Inclusion Criteria:
Exclusion Criteria:
Continuous therapeutic ultrasound applied to the volar wrist at 1.5 W/cm² for 8 to 10 minutes per session, 3 times per week for 6 weeks.
Median nerve neurodynamic mobilization (progressing from sliders to tensioners), 3 sets of 10 repetitions, 3 times per week for 6 weeks.
Combined application of therapeutic ultrasound followed by neurodynamic techniques in the same session, 3 times per week for 6 weeks.
