Purposes of the study
To investigate the effect of adding Trans-spinal Electromagnetic Neuromodulation to conventional physical therapy in patients with Discogenic Lumbosacral Radiculopathy
Inclusion Criteria:
patient age range from 20 -40 from both sexes.
Unilateral chronic lumbosacral radiculopathy confirmed by neurosurgeon for more than 3 months.
Unilateral paracentral or lateral intervertebral disc herniation confirmed by MRI .
one of the following:
c - Side to side H- reflex latency difference more than 1 msec. d- Prolonged H-reflex latency more than 30 msec.
Exclusion Criteria:
Patients in this group will receive Trans-spinal Electromagnetic Neuromodulation + Conventional physical therapy
Patients in this group will receive Conventional physical therapy
