This study aims to evaluate the effect of the Minds in Motion Maze program on balance and gait in children with cognitive impairment. It focuses on how movement-based, sensory-integrated activities can improve motor performance. A randomized controlled trial will compare outcomes between an intervention group and a control group. Balance and gait will be assessed using standardized tools before and after the intervention

The participants in this group will receive the Mind in-Motion maze activity along with baseline activities. The intervention consisted of the 15 stations of 'The Maze' based on the program called Minds-In-Motion performed for one minute before rotating to next station. 1. Strong Arm Push 2. Eye Can Convergence 3. Eye to Eye 4. The Beam Team 5. Jelly Roll 6. Puppy Dog Crawl 7. Monster Mash 8. Climb Every Mountain 9. Balance Board Bash 10. The Electric Slide 11. Skip to My Lou 12. Cross Walk 13. Bean Bag Boogie 14. Jumping Jack Flash 15. Step Back
The control group will perform the baseline activities. The intervention consists of Walking Forward on a Line, Standing on One Leg on a Line-Eyes Open, Standing with Feet Apart on a Line- Eyes Closed, Touching Nose with Index Fingers Eyes Closed, Catching a Tossed Ball- Both Hands, Dropping and Catching a Ball-Both Hands, Knee Push-ups, and Stepping Sideways over a Balance Beam
