This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of mirror book therapy and mime therapy in patients with Bell's palsy. The study evaluates improvements in facial symmetry, functional disability, and patient satisfaction following structured rehabilitation interventions.
Inclusion Criteria:
Diagnosed unilateral Bell's palsy Duration within specified study period Both genders Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria:
Bilateral facial paralysis Neurological disorders affecting facial function Previous facial surgery Severe comorbid conditions
Outcome assessors are blinded to group allocation to reduce bias.
