Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive subtype of breast cancer associated with a poor prognosis. Although neoadjuvant therapy improves outcomes in patients who achieve a pathological complete response, the presence of residual disease after treatment remains associated with an increased risk of recurrence and death. This retrospective cohort study aims to evaluate the survival outcomes of patients with residual disease following neoadjuvant therapy for TNBC and to assess the association between clinicopathological characteristics and survival outcomes, including disease-free survival and overall survival
Inclusion Criteria:
Complete clinical, pathological, treatment, and follow-up data available in the medical records.
Exclusion Criteria:
Patients with incomplete or missing essential clinical, pathological, or follow-up data.
Patients with a history of another primary malignancy that could affect survival analysis.
