To assess whether adding fractional laser to topical corticosteroid improves treatment outcomes in palmoplanter psoriasis compared to topical corticosteroid alone.
Inclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria:
Other palmoplantar dermatoses (eczema, tinea, keratoderma)
Generlized Pustular psoriasis
Erythrodermic psoriasis
Use of:
Pregnancy or lactation
History of photosensitivity disorders

fractional carbon dioxide (CO₂) laser-assisted delivery of topical corticosteroids will be done on palmoplantar psoriasis every 4 weeks
Application of topical corticosteroid alone in patients with palmoplantar psoriasis daily.
