Participant dont know about bowen and myofascial release which will they get during physiotherapy treatment.
Just physiotherapist know which patient receive bowen and which have MFR. Assessor is also a physiotherapist whose role is to fill out the questionnaire after treatment has been done. The Assessor has no role in applying interventions
