custom-created apps, neuropsychological testing, and clinical assessments	Diagnostic Test	This study's interventions will include a brief neuropsychological assessment, including pre-operative baseline and post-operative repeat assessment. Additional assessments of memory and coordination using two custom apps and standard clinical assessments will also be conducted at each timepoint

Flight Path App	Seated subject follows the flight path of a bird on an iPad app. Comparisons made to baseline performance.
