Knowledge is assessed using True/False items (correct =1, incorrect =0) and converted to a percentage score (0-100), where higher scores indicate better knowledge. Knowledge is categorized as good (76-100%), fair (65-75%), and poor (≤56%). Attitudes are measured using a five-point Likert scale (1-5) and converted to percentages (0-100); higher scores indicate more positive attitudes (>50% positive, ≤50% negative). Practices related to antenatal care, birth preparation, postpartum care, and breastfeeding are assessed by interview and categorized as practice or not practice. The instrument showed good reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.855) and content validity through expert review.
