The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of ultrasound cavitation and whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) on inflammatory markers in individuals with central obesity.
Sixty individuals with central obesity were recruited from private clinics. And underwent a screening process to determine their eligibility based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
