Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients with established or suspected (clinical and hematological criteria) VEXAS Syndrome
• Age ≥18 years
• Signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria:

• patients who are not in a position to understand the nature and scope of participation in this register
