Inclusion Criteria:

• Must agree to use protocol-specified methods of contraception
• Negative pregnancy test
• Willing to comply with the study requirements and to provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Abuse of drugs
• Other clinically significant medical conditions
