Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients scheduled for uniportal VATS under general anesthesia, ASA status I-III, aged from 18 to 70 years old of both sex.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Contraindications to regional block
• Pregnancy
• Body mass index (BMI) > 30 Kg/m2
• Psychiatric diseases
• Severe renal, liver, or cardiac dysfunction
