| Change in Clinical Dementia Rating Scale Sum of Boxes (CDR-SB) slope | CDR is calculated on the basis of testing six different cognitive and behavioral domains such as memory, orientation, judgment and problem solving, community affairs, home and hobbies performance, and personal care.
