Inclusion Criteria:

• healthy female according to the required groups

Exclusion Criteria:

• patient with infectious disease , tuberculosis ,tumor ,hematologic disease,metabolic bone disease or any other connective tissue diseases were excluded.
• Patient with viral hepatitis.
• serological evidence of HIV infection.
