The benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a type of peripheral vertigo characterized by the accumulation of otoliths debris, which are particles resulted from the condensation of endolymph in the inner ducts of semicircular canals (duct lithiasis or canalithiasis). Such structures contain calcium carbonate crystals, responsive to acceleration and gravity effect.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Were included in the study male and female individuals with age range between 25 and 45 years, BPPV positives.

Exclusion Criteria:

• The exclusion criteria were being in use of any medication for vertigo treatment and the presence of any infectious pathology or deformity in the inner ear.
