Inclusion Criteria:

• Relapsed or refractory lymphoma or advanced solid tumor that diagnosed Pathologically or cytologically diagnosed
• ECOG PS≤1
• Adequate blood cell counts, kidney function and liver function
• Patients should participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent
