Inclusion Criteria:

• radicular leg pain
• low back pain
• non-responsive to conservative treatment

Exclusion Criteria:

• patient refusal
• infection at injection site
• coagulopathy
• uncontrolled or degenerative spine disease
• pregnancy
• multilevel disk involvement
