Inclusion Criteria:

• Women not taken analgesics or anxiolytics in the 24 hours prior insertion
• Women not taken misoprostol prior to intrauterine device insertion
• Women who will accept to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria:

Any contraindication to intrauterine device placement
