The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of DF277 for the treatment of otic eczema.

Inclusion Criteria:

• 12 years or older
• Clinical diagnosis of otic eczema suitable for local treatment

Exclusion Criteria:

• Other diseases.
