To investigate the structural/functional abnormalities and the possible genetic endophenotypes of Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients and their core families.

Inclusion Criteria:

• diagnosed OCD patient

Exclusion Criteria:

• organic disease
• other psychiatric disorder
