This is a pharmacokinetics (PK) and safety study of AZD7295 in healthy volunteers.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Healthy male or female volunteers, aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Previous exposure to AZD7295, clinically relevant disease.
