The gene that is most common in a particular natural population is known as the wild type. Any form of the gene other than the wild type is known as a mutant form. Number of participants with HER-Family and KRAS gene mutation were classified as: wild type, mutant and unknown.

Self-administered questionnaire to measure health-related quality of life (QoL) of adult participants suffering from skin disease; 10 questions concerning participants' perception of impact of their disease over last week encompassing aspects such as symptoms or feelings, daily activities, leisure, work or school, personal relationships and treatment. Questions scored on a 4-point Likert scale: 0 (not relevant), 1 (a little), 2 (a lot), and 3 (very much).
